You may request a refund if:
1. You receive an item in the wrong color.
2. You receive an item in the wrong size.


To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our Customer Support within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item.
2. Provide your order number and details of the item you received incorrectly.
3. Our team will guide you through the return process, which may include providing photographs of the item for verification.


Once we receive your return and verify the issue, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

In cases of incorrect size or color, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear or damage.
